SHIPPING Standards
Weβre working hard to process orders as quickly and accurately as possible, but you may experience delays in shipments and response times. Nuwa Canada Inc. relies on our shipping partners to get your packages to you in a timely manner, however we cannot guarantee shipping dates. Orders are usually processed and shipped within 2-3 business days* (not including transit times, which will vary based on location).
*Please be advised that orders receive on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be packed and ship the following Monday as Couriers Service Partners only pick up Monday to Friday.
CANADA SHIPPING
FREE SHIPPING (with tracker #) is offered purchases over $75 for Ontario and Quebec. If purchase total is under $75 a flat rate shipping fee of $11 CAD will apply. Transit time is typically 3-4* business days for Ontario and Quebec.
FREE SHIPPING (with tracker #) is offered purchases over $100 and if under $100 the rest of Canada will be charged a $15 CAD flat rate fee. Transit time is typically 5-8* business days rest of Canada.
Please note shipping times may be affected due to Covid-19 safety measures.ο»Ώ
We have the right to choose the courier of our choice.
USA SHIPPING
FREE STANDARD SHIPPING is offered on orders over $75 CAD (approx. $55 USD) to the USA.
Purchases under $75 CAD will be charged $11 CAD (approx. $8.15 USD) flat rate fee. Transit time is typically 4-8* business days in the Continental United States. We have the rigt to choose the courier of our choice.
NOTE: Please remember that international orders (orders shipped to locations outside of CANADA) may be subject to customs and duties upon arrival, at the customer's expense. Please note shipping times may be affected due to Covid-19 safety measures.ο»Ώ
If you need to make changes to your order after your order has been placed, we are happy to help. Please reach out to hello@nuwacanada.com with your order number. However, once shipping confirmation has been sent, changes cannot be made. In addition to this, changes made may result in shipping delays.
Local PICKUP POLICY and instructions
LOCAL PICKUP POLICY:
We offer free and conveninent LOCAL PICKUP locations for our customers that resides in Halton, Hamilton, and Peel. Please note we will be asking for ID at pickup on your first order.
Please select SHIPPING at checkout and if you are located in Ontario the
LOCAL PICKUP option and the addresses will be displayed for you to select.
For pickup locations that requires shipping or transfering a $25 per order minimum is required (free transfer for over $25 and if its under there's a $6 shipping/transfering fee will apply).
LOCAL PICK INSTRUCTIONS :
- In SHIPPING select the LOCAL PICKUP location of your choice.
- LOCAL PICKUP (SPECIFY PREFERRED TIME/DATE) please let us know your preferred time and date of pickup and we will try our best to accomodate.
- Once your order is ready for pickup you will getting shipping notification via email once your order arrives onsite and are ready for pickup. Please check your spam or junk eimail folder if you don't see an shipping confirmation after 3 business days.
- Please text 1-877-689-2226 to schedule pickup time and date.
*Note:
- Email pickup notifcation - please check your spam/junk folder if you don't see it within 3-4 business days. For some reason our email goes into the junk /spam folder. If yo'u still don't see it please email nuwacanada@yahoo.com with your order number.
- SMS text pickup notification - please email nuwacanada@yahoo.com and provide us with an alternation comunication method if you wish to opt out of this method of notification.
