Credit Card Policy

We reserve the right to ask for identifications (driver's license) and/or signed credit card authorization form for any of the following reasons:

1.  Credit card address does not match up  on file with the card issuer 

2. Shipping and Billing addresses are not the same

3,  Alerts by our processors

Alternatively, if you do not wish to provide identifications and signed a credit card authorization we accept  E-transfer in lieu of the credit cards.  Etransters can be sent to hello@nuwacanada.com

Shipping Policy

We’re working hard to process orders as quickly and accurately as possible, but you may experience delays in shipments and response times. Nuwa Canada Inc. relies on our shipping partners to get your packages to you in a timely manner, however we cannot guarantee shipping dates. Orders are usually processed and shipped within 2-3 business days (not including transit times, which will vary based on location).

FREE SHIPPING is offered on orders over $75 within Canada. Transit time is typically 2-7 business days anywhere in Canada. These times may be affected due to Covid-19 safety measures.

If you need to make changes to your order after your order has been placed, we are happy to help. Please reach out to hello@nuwacanada.com with your order number. However, once shipping confirmation has been sent, changes cannot be made. In addition to this, changes made may result in shipping delays. 

NOTE: Please remember that international orders (orders shipped to locations outside of CANADA) may be subject to customs and duties upon arrival, at the customer's expense.

Returns and Refund Policy

All sales are final. No exchanges and no refunds, with the exception of defective products. Defective products must be returned within 7 days of delivery/pick up in it’s original packaging. Please contact us at hello@nuwacanada.com with you order # for further instructions. 

In the event of exception to our refund policy, a 20% restocking charge will apply if we accept to process the refund. Nuwa Canada Inc accept only products in their original packaging, unopened seals and unused (at our discretion). Products sent to us that are not in acceptable condition will not be refunded and it will be your responsibility to have it shipped back to you  agree to accept a refund, 

Form of Payments Accepted

We accept Credit Card, Debit and eTransfer (by bank).  Crypto Currency  such as Bitcoins, Ethereum and Shiba Inu are accepted as a form of payment with a minimum purchases over $150 CAD. You will need to select eTransfer (by Bank) and provide note in the comments that you wish to pay by Crypto Currency.  Once we receive your order we will send order confirmation with our QR Scan Code or Wallet Address for transfer. 

Promotional Codes

Limited to stock on hand. Void where prohibited.  Promotional codes are subject to change.
